Dr. Kushwaha Shashi Bhushan, BJP MLA from Panki, Jharkhand, voiced his displeasure after facing a room booking issue at the Jharkhand Bhawan in Delhi. Despite having confirmed reservations for two rooms, he was informed that only one room was available upon arrival. The MLA protested by sitting on the floor and having his breakfast at the reception area. He questioned the management of the Bhawan, which was constructed at a significant cost by the Jharkhand government. He called on Chief Minister Hemant Soren to take action and ensure proper facilities for Jharkhand MLAs. The newly constructed Jharkhand Bhawan, with its modern amenities and VIP suites, was inaugurated in September 2024.
