A SpiceJet flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru turned into an unusual experience for a passenger who found themselves stuck in the plane’s lavatory throughout the flight. The door malfunctioned shortly after takeoff, trapping the passenger inside. The crew’s efforts to open the door proved futile. A handwritten note was subsequently passed to the passenger, encouraging them to remain calm and remain seated until the plane touched down in Bengaluru. The flight landed after a delay, and the passenger was freed by the ground crew. The airline has offered an apology and compensation to the affected passenger.
