A gun battle in Barkhan district, Balochistan, claimed the lives of four Baloch fighters after a confrontation with a pro-government armed group in the Koh-e-Jandar area of Rakni tehsil. Separately, a military operation in Mastung district’s Spilinji area led to intense fighting. There were reports of gunfire and explosions, and casualties were reported. No Baloch armed group has claimed responsibility for the clashes in Spilinji.
