
A 15-day residential training camp by Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Jharkhand province, concluded with a ceremony held at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Dhurwa, Ranchi. Chitra Tai Joshi, the chief speaker, emphasized the significance of Bharat Mata as the nation’s life force. The camp aimed to foster discipline, physical well-being, patriotism, and cultural understanding among the participants. The ceremony honored Ahilyabai Holkar on her 300th birth anniversary, highlighting her legacy of service and justice, and also paid tribute to Rani Durgavati’s sacrifice. Nirmal Kaur, the chief guest, commended the Sevika sisters’ commitment. The event saw the participation of 225 Sevika sisters from 20 districts of Jharkhand. The program included discussions on topics such as patriotism, social harmony, and environmental conservation. A parade was conducted through the city, which was warmly welcomed by the public. The event witnessed attendance from various sectors of society.
