The highly anticipated ‘Tiger vs. Pathaan,’ starring Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, might be delayed as Yash Raj Films (YRF) reconsiders its approach to the spy universe. While earlier indications suggested the project might not proceed, the studio is now focused on a creative overhaul.
Aditya Chopra is reportedly reassessing the direction of the YRF Spy Universe. The aim is to bring in new storytelling techniques and avoid a sense of repetition. The studio intends to modify the creative path for upcoming projects, including ‘Tiger vs. Pathaan,’ to ensure freshness and innovation.
The YRF Spy Universe started with ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and has expanded with films like ‘Tiger Zinda Hai,’ ‘War,’ and ‘Pathaan.’ The franchise continues to grow with projects such as ‘Tiger 3,’ ‘War 2,’ and the upcoming ‘Alpha.’
Salman Khan’s last film was ‘Sikandar,’ while Shah Rukh Khan is expected to star in ‘King.’
