Significant progress has been made in seat-sharing negotiations within the Mahagathbandhan in Bihar. After four meetings, the India alliance, led by Tejashwi Yadav, is moving towards finalizing seat allocations for the upcoming elections. The Congress and RJD are prepared to reduce their seat count to accommodate Mukesh Sahani’s VIP and Pashupati Paras’s party. The CPI(M-L) is likely to get more seats compared to the previous election.
