
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Croatia, concluding his three-nation tour and making history as the first Indian Prime Minister to visit the country. His arrival in Zagreb follows his participation in the G7 Summit in Canada, where he engaged in discussions on a variety of global matters.
During his visit to Croatia, PM Modi is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic and President Zoran Milanovic, with the aim of fostering stronger bilateral ties. This visit is intended to open new avenues for cooperation and demonstrates India’s dedication to solidifying its relationships with partners within the European Union.
PM Modi acknowledged his Canada visit as productive and highlighted fruitful discussions at the G7 Summit. Addressing the ‘Energy Security’ session, he emphasized energy diversification, technology, and infrastructure for accessibility and affordability.
