
The OPPO Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro smartphones are set to debut in India in the initial weeks of July. The upcoming models promise notable improvements over the Reno 13 series, particularly in display, camera, and battery performance. OPPO continues to prioritize camera capabilities, and the Reno 14 series will be no exception. Pricing in India is anticipated to be similar to that in China. The Reno 13 series launched in India at Rs 37,999 and Rs 49,999 for the standard and Pro versions, respectively. The Reno 14 is expected to be priced around Rs 33,600 in China, while the Reno 14 Pro could start at about Rs 42,000. Indian prices may vary due to storage options and launch offers. The Reno 14 could feature a 6.59-inch Full HD+ screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and Crystal Shield Glass. The Reno 14 Pro may include a larger 6.83-inch display, also with a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits. Both models are expected to have a streamlined design. The Reno 14 is likely to be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, whereas the Reno 14 Pro might feature the more powerful Dimensity 8450. Both models could offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. Both devices may incorporate 50 MP camera sensors. The Reno 14 might include a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 50MP selfie camera. The Reno 14 Pro could upgrade its telephoto lens to a 50 MP periscope lens with 3.5x optical zoom, along with an additional 50 MP ultrawide sensor. The Reno 14 could feature a 6,000 mAh battery with 80 W fast charging. The Reno 14 Pro may incorporate a 6,200 mAh battery. Both models are designed to provide reliable battery performance for heavy usage.
