An Air India flight is under scrutiny following allegations of theft by a passenger traveling between Patna and Delhi. Nandkumar Tiwari, a resident of Buxar district in Bihar, reported that a substantial amount of money was missing from his checked baggage during the flight. According to the passenger, approximately Rs 22,800 was stolen, leaving only Rs 2,000 in the bag. The passenger claims that despite reporting the incident, their concerns were not properly addressed. The incident took place in April. Following the alleged theft, the passenger lodged complaints with the police and the Air Seva portal. The Airport Police Station has acknowledged the complaint and initiated an investigation, which includes the scanning of the passenger’s luggage, as requested. Authorities have stated that they are committed to taking appropriate action based on the findings of the investigation.
