
Aamir Khan’s upcoming film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par,’ a sequel to ‘Taare Zameen Par,’ has generated excitement. The film features Aamir as a basketball coach and focuses on specially-abled children. A recently released behind-the-scenes video reveals a surprise visit from Shah Rukh Khan.
In the video, Shah Rukh is seen visiting the set, much to the delight of the cast and crew. Shah Rukh mentioned that Aamir had been asking him to visit. Shah Rukh shared, “Aamir has told me at least 10 times…he is calling me also, saying, ‘Please come. Please come.’” Shah Rukh engaged with the cast, asking about their experiences, and even posing for pictures. Young actors expressed their admiration for his films like ‘Chak De! India’ and ‘Don,’ and the moment peaked when Shah Rukh performed his signature arms wide open pose, drawing cheers all around.
Directed by RS Prasanna and featuring Genelia D’Souza, the film is set to release on June 20. ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ is a remake of the Spanish film ‘Campeones’. The film initially faced a challenge with the CBFC, which requested cuts, but has since been approved.
