
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, during his visit to Jashpur, underscored the profound significance of yoga, describing it as India’s invaluable contribution to humanity. He emphasized that yoga is vital for health, offering a practical asana for almost every ailment. He urged people to integrate yoga into their daily routines, viewing it not just as exercise but as a holistic lifestyle that fosters physical, mental, and spiritual equilibrium. The Prime Minister has been commended for his global promotion of yoga, which led to the declaration of June 21st as International Yoga Day. Raipur will host several yoga camps on Saturday to mark the 11th International Yoga Day. These camps will provide yoga training, including Anulom-Vilom and Pranayama, under the guidance of experienced instructors. Various locations, such as the Chamber Bhavan, Bapu Ki Kutiya, and the Agriculture College campus, will be hosting these events.
