A jewellery shop in the Harichandanpur bazaar of Keonjhar, Odisha, was robbed on Wednesday by a group of armed individuals. The criminals, armed with guns and machetes, created a scene of terror by firing shots into the air. They then proceeded to steal gold ornaments and cash, fleeing the scene quickly. Police were notified and promptly took action, securing all exit points and launching a manhunt. The investigation suggests the robbers may have escaped towards a nearby forest, and a search is currently underway to find and arrest them.
