
In a recent event, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the Tahsildar and Executive Magistrate office in Tapkara, Jashpur district, solidifying Tapkara’s status as a full-fledged tehsil. This initiative will benefit the residents of 33 villages, particularly farmers, students, and citizens. During the ceremony, the Chief Minister announced several key initiatives, including the establishment of Tapkara as a Nagar Panchayat and allocated funds for the renovation of the local sports stadium. He also confirmed plans for a rest house in Pharsabahar. The Chief Minister stated that the government is committed to rapidly implementing development initiatives under the ‘Modi ki Guarantee’ framework. He pointed to key programs like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, which approved 18 lakh houses, and the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, providing financial assistance to women. The government is also increasing support for tendu leaf collectors and expanding banking services to rural areas through Atal Digital Seva Kendras. The registration process has been streamlined for citizens. Collector Rohit Vyas discussed the advantages of the new tehsil office, and MLA Gomti Sai commended the state’s progress under the Chief Minister’s leadership, highlighting the government’s dedication to public welfare.
