The Quad offered condolences to the victims’ families and wished the injured a speedy recovery. They demanded that those responsible be brought to justice promptly and called for international collaboration. The statement also highlighted the launch of the Quad Critical Minerals Initiative aimed at bolstering economic security. Furthermore, it underscored the group’s dedication to a free and open Indo-Pacific and expressed concerns regarding the ongoing crisis in Myanmar, urging all parties to seek a peaceful resolution.
