The primary objective of the office is to deliver health services to devotees during the Shravani Mela and to ensure the seamless functioning of health camps within the mela area. Accommodation for doctors and para-medical staff has been provided, and in-charges have been assigned to manage their duties. Dr. Singh Alok Kumar Binod Kumar, the Shravani Mela in-charge, reported that the department has set up 35 health camps. The state government has assigned medical officers and paramedical staff for 15-day periods. Dr. Sharad Kumar, the administrative in-charge at Sadar Hospital, stated that all doctors and staff will provide 24-hour service according to their duty roster.
