At the Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri’s Janata Darbar, a citizen’s long-standing issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. Srikant Tiwari, a former employee of the Pollution Control Board, had been attempting to get his land in Tupuudana Mouza, Namkum Anchal, mutated since 2012. The Deputy Commissioner, after reviewing the submitted documents, promptly instructed the Namkum Anchal Officer to finalize the mutation process via a phone call. The entire process, which had been pending for over a decade, was completed in just 10 minutes. Mr. Tiwari, deeply moved by the swift resolution, extended his thanks to Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri.
