
A CRPF constable has been arrested in Kutch, Gujarat, for the alleged murder of his live-in partner, who was an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI). The incident unfolded on Friday night, with the accused surrendering to authorities the next morning at the Anjar Police Station where the victim worked.
The victim, Aruna Natu Jadav, was found dead at the residence she shared with the accused, Dileep Dangachiya. Preliminary investigations suggest that an argument preceded the strangulation. The Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) of the Anjar Division confirmed the couple’s live-in relationship and the fatal argument.
In another case, a man was arrested for killing his girlfriend. The murder occurred after the girlfriend refused to marry him. The accused, Samshuddin Mohammed Hafiz, is alleged to have used a knife in the commission of the crime. This incident has prompted a police investigation.
