Samuel Jerome, the mediator in the Nimisha Priya case, faces severe accusations from Abdul Fattah Mahdi, the brother of the victim, Talal. Mahdi disputes Jerome’s lawyer status, pointing out his role as a representative for the accused’s family. Mahdi accuses Jerome of amassing considerable funds, with $40,000 being the most recent amount, through the pretense of negotiation efforts. Mahdi also states he and his family never interacted with Jerome concerning the matter. The allegations include Jerome allegedly congratulating him after the execution order was approved, and exploiting his brother’s death for profit.
