As part of its efforts to develop cultural infrastructure, the Bihar government is set to construct an Atal Kala Bhawan in Nalanda. Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary confirmed the project, which will cost ₹19.73 crore. The building will have a seating capacity of 620 and will serve as a vibrant center for local artists and cultural groups. This modern facility will host a wide range of cultural activities, including performances, musical events, dramas, and lectures. The initiative is designed to boost tourism and enrich Nalanda’s historical and cultural legacy.
