WhatsApp is enhancing its in-app camera with a new Night Mode, catering to users who are often disappointed with low-light photos. The feature, initially available to Android beta testers (version 2.25.22.2), allows for better image capture in dim environments. When activated, the Night Mode automatically adjusts the exposure, reduces image noise, and enhances details in darker areas. This eliminates the necessity for external lighting. A moon icon will appear within the camera interface, signaling the availability of this function. Recent updates to the WhatsApp camera app have also introduced new filters. Future plans include a feature that lets users import profile pictures directly from Instagram and Facebook, expanding the options for customization.
