In a deeply disturbing case from Palamu, Jharkhand, a newlywed bride, married for only 45 days, has been arrested for the murder of her husband. The young woman, who was unhappy with the marriage and in love with another man, conspired with her boyfriend to kill her spouse. The incident occurred in the Sinjo village area, under the Navajipur police station jurisdiction.
The couple had been married since June 22nd. After the wedding, the bride and her boyfriend plotted to murder the husband. The plan was carried out on July 31st. Police investigation reveals that the wife called her husband to a forest. When he arrived, her boyfriend was also present. The couple then attacked and killed the husband by hitting him with stones. The police have taken the wife into custody and are actively searching for her boyfriend.
Authorities have confirmed that the girl wanted to marry her boyfriend but was forced into a marriage with the deceased. The victim was a resident of Dahi village in the Latehar district. The police have stated that the boyfriend is expected to be apprehended soon.
