Google is extending its AI Mode feature to Android tablets. This feature, which debuted on smartphones, is now available in the beta version 16.30 of the Google app. Tablet users can now leverage the Gemini AI search tools previously exclusive to phones. The latest beta update introduces direct access to AI Mode via the home screen and Discover tab, overcoming the limitations of the tablet version’s larger display.
