
The Vivo V60 5G is set to be released on August 12th, adding to Vivo’s V series lineup. Ahead of the official launch, the company has unveiled key features. A microsite on the official website provides information about the phone’s processor, display, and camera capabilities. The price point of the phone is of great interest. A tipster has suggested that the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version could launch at ₹37,000. However, details about other variants and their prices are still pending. The distribution platforms such as Flipkart or Amazon where the phone will be sold are also unknown.
According to the Vivo official site, the phone will have a 50-megapixel telephoto camera sensor, AI features, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, and Funtouch OS 15. It will be offered in Mist Gray, Auspicious Gold, and Moonlit Blue, with Google Gemini support.
Other expected features include a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1600 nits peak brightness. It could also include a 6500mAh battery and 90W fast charging. The camera system is expected to consist of a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera.
