A fatal motorcycle accident in Gumla district, Jharkhand, claimed the lives of three friends who were returning from a local market. The accident happened on Monday night in the Palakot area. The victims, all young men, were riding together on a motorcycle when they crashed into a divider. The deceased were identified as Sandeep Singh, Banty Singh, and Biria Oraon. According to reports, they had been enjoying the weekly market in Palakot, where they had eaten snacks before starting their journey back home. During their return, the motorcycle was being driven at a high speed, which led to the accident. Two of the friends died at the scene, and the third succumbed to his injuries later at a health center. The police have taken the bodies for post-mortem and are investigating the cause of the accident.
