As India marks its 79th Independence Day, Chhattisgarh is preparing for a series of flag-hoisting events. The Chief Minister, Vishnu Deo Sai, will be the chief guest at the main event held at the Police Parade Ground in Raipur. The day’s program will include the awarding of medals to police personnel and performances by children. Important dignitaries, including the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, ministers, Members of Parliament, and Members of the Legislative Assembly, will participate in flag hoisting events across different districts of Chhattisgarh.
