The box office was set ablaze this Independence Day weekend by the release of ‘War 2’ and ‘Coolie.’ ‘War 2,’ the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster, ‘War,’ saw Hrithik Roshan reprise his role as Agent Kabir, joined by Jr NTR as Agent Vikram. The film, released on August 14, 2025, also stars Anil Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana in prominent roles. On its second day, the film collected an estimated Rs 56.5 crore, taking its total to Rs 108 crore in two days. ‘Coolie’ also continued to draw large audiences.
