When a message arrives, the option to ‘Ask Meta AI’ will appear. By tapping this, users can send the message directly to Meta AI chat, where they can ask questions and get information about the message. This functionality aims to reduce the spread of misinformation.
When the Ask Meta AI option is selected, the message is sent to the AI chat, where users can immediately ask questions to verify the information presented. Instead of forwarding a potentially false message, the feature allows users to get quick answers and context directly within the chat.
