Call history serves a critical role in modern life, extending beyond mere call record keeping and often essential for varied requirements. It proves valuable whether you are handling personal or professional matters, including retrieving past months’ call details for specific numbers. For Jio and Airtel users, accessing your call history for the previous six months is achievable independently and without any associated charges.
**Jio Users: Easy Steps to Follow**
Initiate the process by installing the MyJio App on your phone. Once installed, log in using your Jio number and the OTP. The app’s interface presents the ‘My Usage’ or ‘Usage Details’ options, granting access to call, data, and SMS details. You can specify date ranges to view your call records from the past six months.
To have your call history emailed, reach out to Jio’s customer care at [email protected], providing your number, full name, and preferred timeframe (for instance, January to June 2025). Your call details will be sent to your email promptly.
**Airtel Users: Accessing Your Call History**
On your phone, launch the Airtel Thanks App. After logging in with the OTP, navigate to ‘Manage Account’ and select ‘Usage Details.’ There, view your call, SMS, and data particulars. You can download this history on a daily or monthly basis.
Alternatively, dial 121 to contact Airtel customer care. Request your call history report be emailed to you, and be prepared to confirm your email ID.
**Important Considerations When Viewing Call History**
Ensure the number you want to check is linked to your Aadhaar/ID. Most companies provide a call history spanning up to six months. The call history will reveal the number, date, time, and duration of each call. Note that call recordings are not included. Please remember, illegally accessing someone else’s call history is unlawful.
