A couple’s visit to a mall in Muzaffarpur took an unexpected turn when they were allegedly caught in an act of indecency in a washroom. The incident led to a clash between the boyfriend and mall staff. The girlfriend experienced abdominal pain, prompting them to go to the washroom. However, mall employees accused them of inappropriate behavior. Instead of admitting wrongdoing, the boyfriend reportedly confronted the staff, leading to the police being called. The couple, both from the Sherpur area, were taken to the police station. The boyfriend works at a mall near Aghoria Bazaar-Ramdayalu Road, and his girlfriend is a 12th-grade student. The couple had visited the market in Motijheel before going to the mall.
The boyfriend denied the allegations, stating that he followed his girlfriend into the washroom because she was in pain. Police investigations revealed that the couple has known each other for eight years and are from the same village. The mall staff, however, maintained their accusation. Police summoned the families and released the couple on a personal recognizance bond with a warning against similar incidents. The incident occurred at a mall located in the Motijheel area.
