Reliance is set to introduce AI-powered features to JioHotstar, enhancing the streaming experience. The upcoming features include a voice-enabled assistant, real-time dubbing, and multi-angle viewing options, promising to change how users engage with their preferred content, including shows, movies, and live sports.
Akash Ambani, Chairman of Jio, introduced Riya, a smart voice assistant for simplifying content discovery. The assistant understands natural language, enabling users to easily locate specific episodes, seasons, or even moments within extensive content libraries.
Voice Print will offer real-time voice cloning. By using AI-driven lip-syncing and voice replication technology, content can be dubbed into local languages and retain the original actor’s voice and expressions.
JioLenZ will provide multi-angle viewing for sports enthusiasts, while MaxView 3.0 will provide live scorecards, instant highlights, multi-camera angles, and commentary in various languages, optimized for phone usage.
While the exact launch date is not yet known, these features are poised to redefine how viewers experience content.
