The police are still determining whether these individuals are indeed members of Jaish-e-Mohammed. Despite the uncertainty regarding their affiliation, the ADG confirmed their travel from Dubai to Kathmandu and then to Malaysia, providing a sense of relief to the Bihar Police. The initial reports of their potential entry into Bihar had caused widespread fear.
