Oppo is planning to release its Find X9 Pro and Find X9 5G flagship smartphones in China in October. A launch in India is expected to follow later in 2024. Rumors indicate the Find X9 Pro 5G will have a 1.5K LTPO OLED display and a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. After the launch of the Oppo K13 Turbo series in India, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is gearing up for its next significant release. The Find X9 Pro 5G and Find X9 5G are slated to debut in China in October, with an Indian launch potentially happening towards the end of the year. Leaks have provided details about what to expect.
The Find X9 Pro 5G is rumored to incorporate a 1.5K LTPO OLED display, intended to deliver smooth visuals with adaptive refresh rates. It is believed to run on a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. The camera setup may consist of a triple-camera system, which includes a 200-megapixel telephoto sensor, a 50-megapixel OIS main sensor, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens. This indicates that Oppo is putting an emphasis on the camera capabilities. This approach would help the company to compete with competitors like Samsung and Vivo.
If the 16GB + 512GB variant is released, the Find X9 Pro’s price may be less than Rs 99,999, aligning with the previous model’s pricing. The Find X9 Pro 5G and Find X9 5G are both expected to be released globally and in India around mid-November 2025, soon after their initial launch in China.
The new flagship may be available in White, Purple, Grey, and Magenta, providing potential buyers with more color options than the previous models.
