The heavy monsoon rains led to the closure of schools, providing students with a longer break from their regular studies. Continuous rainfall has been occurring in Delhi since Monday morning. By 12 PM, the water level of the Yamuna River at the Old Railway Bridge (ORB) had reached 204.87 meters, which is very close to the danger mark of 205.33 meters.
