
The National Conference on Holistic Development of Districts took place in Patna, jointly organized by the DARPG, Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission Society, and the General Administration Department of the Bihar government. The conference served as a platform for over 200 delegates to examine governance models and district-level reforms. Technical sessions featured presentations on award-winning initiatives from states like Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh, covering topics such as digital authentication and water conservation. The conference emphasized the significance of district-level implementation for effective public service. Dr. Jitendra Singh, Union Minister, and Shri Samrat Chaudhary, Deputy Chief Minister, attended the inaugural session and commended Bihar’s initiatives. Discussions focused on Bihar’s infrastructural growth, women’s empowerment, and innovations in governance. The event culminated with a cultural program showcasing Bihar’s art and community spirit.
