The survey highlights significant challenges faced by Muslims in France, particularly in areas such as employment, housing, and interactions with law enforcement. One in two Muslims reported experiencing discrimination in job searches (51%) and during police investigations (51%). 46% reported unfair treatment when seeking housing. Discrimination is also prevalent in healthcare, schools, and government departments. 36% of respondents experienced discrimination from administrative officials, 29% reported issues with healthcare workers, and 38% accused teachers of discriminatory behavior. The survey was conducted by Ifop and the findings were published by the Observatory of Discrimination Against Muslims.
