
On September 17th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 75th birthday, prompting an outpouring of birthday wishes from global leaders. Donald Trump contacted PM Modi on Tuesday night to convey his best wishes. Prime Minister Modi subsequently posted on X (formerly Twitter), acknowledging Trump as a friend and reaffirming their joint efforts to enhance the India–US partnership. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese posted on X (formerly Twitter) to wish PM Modi a happy birthday. In a video message, Albanese recognized the strong ties between the two countries and appreciated the contributions of the Indian community in Australia. New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon also sent birthday greetings to PM Modi in a video message. Luxon expressed his delight in New Zealand’s partnership with India. He noted his excitement to help India become a developed country by 2047 and looked forward to strengthening their collaboration.
