The incident occurred in Patuk Bajotoli village, under the jurisdiction of the Chano police station. The father, Bandhan Lohra, filed a complaint detailing how the high volume of music during a Vishwakarma Puja celebration negatively impacted his daughter’s health. The family’s attempts to convince the organizers to lower the music were unsuccessful, and the infant succumbed to the effects of the noise.
