A global scramble for skilled workers is underway, with Germany, the United Kingdom, and China vying for talent, especially from India. The German government, through its ambassador Dr. Philipp Ackermann, has issued an open invitation to Indian engineers and professionals, promoting stable migration policies and numerous job prospects in technology, management, and science-related fields. The ambassador’s message underscores the high earning potential of Indian professionals in Germany, who reportedly earn higher salaries than their German counterparts. This initiative follows moves by the UK to ease visa restrictions and China’s introduction of a K-Visa, demonstrating a competitive landscape for international talent.
