The incident took place in the Sarkanda police station area within Rajkishore Nagar. Sanskar Singh, the nephew of Congress leader Ajay Singh, was a student at Bhopal, pursuing his MBBS degree. He was in town for the Navratri and Dussehra holidays when he shot himself this morning with a licensed pistol.
Following the tragic event, the area is in a state of shock. There are indications that Sanskar was dealing with depression, potentially contributing to his actions.
