
A significant explosion rocked Quetta, Pakistan, on Tuesday, resulting in at least six fatalities and injuries to 19 others. Following the blast, the Balochistan Health Department implemented emergency measures across all hospitals in the city. Immediately after the explosion, gunfire broke out, causing widespread fear and confusion. The impact of the blast was substantial, leading to damage such as shattered windows in adjacent buildings. Medical professionals were directed to be on duty across multiple hospitals. Videos shared online captured the moment of the blast near the FC Balochistan’s security facility. Injured individuals were first brought to the Civil Hospital’s Accident and Emergency Department, and later transferred to the Trauma Centre for treatment.
