
Mahindra has introduced the updated Thar, starting from Rs 9.99 lakh. The SUV has been redesigned, featuring new design elements, advanced comfort features, smart technology, and other improvements. The updated design includes a refreshed front fascia, a dual-tone front bumper, and R18 alloy wheels. The interior has been redesigned with an all-black theme and a new steering wheel. Customers can select from an extended range of exterior colors, including Tango Red and Battleship Grey. Convenience upgrades include rear AC vents, a sliding armrest, and a dead pedal in automatic models. Door-mounted power windows and a rear-view camera are now included for easier operation. The fuel lid is now internally operated, and the vehicle features a rear wiper, washer, and A-pillar entry-assist handles. The infotainment system has been upgraded with a 26.03 cm HD screen supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with USB Type-C ports. A direction monitoring system provides real-time tyre orientation information. The Adventure Stats Gen II feature supplies off-road data, such as racing tab, altimeter, outside temperature, and pressure. The Thar provides customers with three engine options, including the 2.0 M stallion Petrol, 2.2L mHawk Diesel, and D117 CRDE Diesel engines.
