
The Guru Darshan and Sant Samagam Mela in Bhandarpuri Dham, Raipur, saw Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai as the chief guest. He laid the foundation for development projects totaling over 162 crore rupees, including new roads and upgrades. Sai announced further initiatives, such as a dome and streetlights on the Telasi-Bhandarpuri road, and the upgrading of Kutesar Primary School to a secondary school. He offered full financial support to five youths aspiring to become pilots. Chief Minister Sai, after seeking blessings for the state’s prosperity, addressed the gathering on the ideals of Baba Guru Ghasidas, highlighting the path of humanity and equality. He acknowledged the Satnami community’s progress under the guidance of Guru Baba. Sai drew comparisons between the current event and the previous year’s, emphasizing the changed role of Guru Khushwant Saheb, now a minister responsible for the development of Scheduled Castes and Tribes. He spoke about the state’s rapid development, including the fulfillment of promises by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ongoing recruitment drives. He also highlighted the establishment of a good governance department for ensuring transparency, and the government’s strong stance against corruption. The increase in the budget for the Scheduled Caste community development authority was also mentioned.
