Virat Kohli, the renowned Indian cricketer, has taken a significant step by granting his elder brother, Vikas Kohli, the General Power of Attorney (GPA) for his luxurious Gurugram property. The palatial home, located in the sought-after DLF City Phase-1 area, is reportedly worth around Rs 80 crore. This decision is understood to be driven by practical considerations, enabling efficient management of the property from afar. Kohli, currently living abroad with his family, can now rely on his brother to handle all property-related matters, from routine maintenance to unforeseen legal or administrative issues. The formal signing took place at the Wazirabad Tehsil office.
