A dedicated ‘Janata Darbar’ (public court) was organized in Giridih on Friday, as per the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Ram Niwas Yadav. The event, overseen by Ashutosh Thakur, the Deputy Collector of Nazarat, aimed to resolve the pressing issues of the district’s residents. Many citizens attended with their individual and collective concerns, which included land disputes, challenges with the Maiya Samman Yojana, applications for tricycles for the disabled, land mutation processes, and concerns related to healthcare, pensions, and ration. Thakur actively engaged with each applicant, ensuring their problems were understood and directing officials to take immediate corrective measures, with several issues being settled right there and then.
