The intense rivalry between Indian criminal gangs, the Lawrence Bishnoi and Rohit Godara factions, has reportedly spilled into the United States, with a shooting incident in California. Gangster Rohit Godara has claimed his group carried out an armed attack on Harry Boxer, identified as a key aide to Lawrence Bishnoi, in Fresno. This event marks a significant escalation in their long-standing and increasingly global conflict.
According to statements attributed to Rohit Godara, the ambush took place in the vicinity of Highway 41, Exit 127, in Fresno. The alleged post claims that Harry Boxer and his associates were targeted, leading to the death of one individual and severe injuries to another, who was rushed to a hospital. Godara reportedly mocked Boxer, nicknamed “Hariya,” for alleged behavior during the attack, further intensifying the public rivalry. The detailed claims suggest a well-executed operation by the Godara gang.
This alleged attack adds another dimension to the continuing territorial disputes between the two powerful gangs. With reported ties to criminal activities in India, Canada, the US, and parts of Europe, their violent confrontations and online taunts have become a global concern. Intelligence agencies and law enforcement bodies across multiple nations are reportedly collaborating to track the expanding influence and operational scope of these groups, which are believed to be involved in high-value international criminal enterprises like drug trafficking and contract assassinations.
Harry Boxer has been described as an active overseas operative for Lawrence Bishnoi, leveraging social media to project influence and challenge adversaries. Rohit Godara’s online message also contained direct threats against individuals supporting the Bishnoi gang, signaling an intent for further retribution and indicating that this cycle of violence is likely to persist, posing a growing transnational security challenge.
