Hyundai has launched the highly anticipated second-generation Venue compact SUV and its performance-oriented Venue N Line variant in the Indian market. These revamped models aim to set new standards for style, technology, and driving dynamics in their class, building on the success of their predecessors.
The exterior design of both the Venue and Venue N Line has been dramatically enhanced. The front end features a commanding presence with a redesigned rectangular grille adorned with dark chrome inserts and striking quad-beam LED headlamps. The C-shaped DRLs and a sleek, connected light bar at the rear contribute to a modern and premium aesthetic. The vehicle’s stance is further refined with new 16-inch alloy wheels and chrome door handles on the side profile. At the rear, a muscular design is complemented by connected taillamps and a distinct 3D Venue logo.
Step inside, and the cabin reveals a complete transformation. The interior showcases a sophisticated dual-tone theme in dark navy and dove white, creating a welcoming ambiance. The dashboard is dominated by a state-of-the-art twin 12.3-inch curved display, offering an immersive user experience. A new terrazzo texture on the dashboard trim adds a touch of elegance. Rear-seat occupants will appreciate the enhanced space and comfort, thanks to a 20mm longer wheelbase. Practical amenities such as rear AC vents, sunshades, and reclining seats are included for added convenience on longer journeys.
A significant upgrade for the new Venue and Venue N Line is the introduction of Level 2 ADAS technology, significantly enhancing safety and driver assistance capabilities. The comprehensive safety package also includes six airbags, ESC, a 360-degree camera, and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold. Premium convenience features are abundant, including wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a voice-assisted sunroof, ventilated seats, and ambient lighting.
Customers can choose from three engine options for the standard Venue: a 1.2-liter petrol, a 1.0-liter turbo petrol, and a 1.5-liter diesel. The diesel engine now offers the option of a 6-speed automatic gearbox, broadening its appeal. The sporty Venue N Line is powered exclusively by the engaging 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine, available with either a 6-speed manual or a responsive 7-speed DCT.
The new Hyundai Venue is launched with an attractive starting price of Rs 7,89,000 (ex-showroom). This competitive pricing strategy, combined with its advanced features and striking design, positions the new Venue as a compelling choice for buyers seeking a feature-rich and technologically advanced compact SUV in India.
