The Taliban’s official spokesman reiterated the government’s consistent policy: Afghan land will not be utilized for operations against any other nation. The statement emphasized that the defense of Afghanistan is a sacred duty and that the country will resolutely resist any aggression. This development comes amidst accusations from Kabul that specific elements within Pakistan’s military are actively working to destabilize Afghanistan, allegedly creating ‘manufactured pretexts’ to sow discord and viewing Afghanistan’s stability as a threat.
