Soman explained that in November 2024, driven by curiosity, he adopted the 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule. The results were remarkable, leaving him feeling incredibly energetic and mentally sharp. What truly surprised him was shedding 6-7 kilograms unintentionally, despite feeling he was already in peak condition.
