President Zelenskyy articulated his optimism on X, noting the US’ “constructive approach” as a positive sign for achieving peace. He confirmed that the Ukrainian delegation has received clear directives to swiftly outline the necessary steps for war termination and anticipates productive meetings. “The American side is demonstrating a constructive approach, and in the coming days it is feasible to flesh out the steps to determine how to bring the war to a dignified end,” Zelenskyy posted.
