The ceremony took place at the Kennedy Center in Washington, where Trump was presented with a special trophy, medal, and certificate by FIFA President Gianni Infantino. This new award from FIFA is designed to acknowledge outstanding efforts in conflict resolution and fostering peaceful coexistence. Infantino lauded Trump’s leadership, stating that he represents the hope and unity FIFA aims to promote. The event saw the presence of Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo. Trump, in his acceptance speech, expressed immense pride and highlighted his administration’s role in averting numerous wars and resolving global disputes, thereby saving millions of lives.
